What a patch costs
The same patch can differ threefold depending on size, coverage and run length, so a single published list would mislead more than it helps. Instead: choose your specification on the enquiry page and the estimate appears as you go. We confirm it in a written quotation once we have seen the artwork.
All prices are FOB Jiangmen, in US dollars. That is the price of the goods delivered to the port, and it excludes freight, insurance and any duty or import VAT in your country. Ask and we will quote CIF or DDP instead.
What sets the price

Size
Width plus height, divided by two. The single biggest factor.

Quantity
Setting up the machine costs the same for 50 as for 5,000, so the unit price falls steeply as the run grows.

Coverage
100% stitching uses roughly twice the thread and twice the machine time of 50%.
- 04
Backing
Plain costs nothing extra. Plastic, heat-seal and adhesive are small additions; hook-and-loop is the largest.

Colours
Nine are included. Beyond that each colour adds a thread change on every piece.

Payment
30 / 70 by bank transfer
30% to start production, 70% before the goods leave. The standard first-order structure for China manufacturing, and we do not ask for more.
PayPal under €500
For small first orders and samples. PayPal fees are on us up to €500; above that we will ask for a transfer. Western Union and MoneyGram also work.
Customers in China
Alipay, WeChat Pay or a domestic bank transfer, settled in RMB. Ask us for the account and we will send an invoice.
Repeat customers
For established customers, payment terms can be arranged individually. Please ask.
Questions buyers ask
How is the size of a patch worked out?
Add the width and the height and divide by two. A patch 8 cm wide and 12 cm tall is quoted as a 10 cm patch. This is the standard method used throughout the trade.
What is the minimum order?
50 pieces per design. Small runs are genuinely welcome — they are most of what we do, and they are not put behind the large orders in the queue.
How many colours are included?
Nine thread colours per design are included in the quoted price. Beyond nine there is a small charge per additional colour. We stock 252 shades; metallic and glow threads are quoted separately.
How do I pay?
30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipping, by bank transfer. For orders under €500 we can take PayPal instead. We do not ask for full payment up front.
Who pays import duty?
Prices are quoted DAP by default: we deliver to your door, you pay import VAT and duty to the courier. We can quote DDP instead, where we prepay both and there is nothing to settle on delivery. Say which you want and we will price it that way.
