The company

Jiangmen Duopei Computer Embroidery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and makes custom computer-embroidered patches. The factory runs imported Tajima embroidery machines, laser cutters, backing presses and edge-binding machines, so an order is taken, digitised, produced and despatched under one roof.

We work from your drawing. You send the design and the thread codes; we digitise it on Tajima and Wilcom embroidery software, and once the sample is approved the order goes into production. Finished goods go out by DHL, UPS or FedEx.

Twenty-odd years of holding the quality steady, and of looking after customers at home and abroad, is what the repeat business rests on.

What we make

Shoulder insignia and unit badges for police, fire and emergency services; club and motorcycle colours; martial arts and scouting badges; national flags; and name tags and workwear badges for uniform manufacturers.

Order quantities start at 50 pieces per design. We produce both short runs and volume orders. Everything that leaves here is embroidered: we do not take metal, PVC or woven work, which needs a different plant altogether.

Quality

Every order is digitised in house by staff with more than ten years of experience. Thread and backing-cloth codes are confirmed in writing with the proof, so colour is agreed before a machine is set up. Finished goods are inspected piece by piece and individually bagged before packing.

If goods do not match the proof the customer approved, we remake them at our own cost.

Artwork and rights

The pieces on the Gallery page are reference examples of the kinds of work made in this trade; none is a customer's order. Every badge and crest drawn elsewhere on this site is our own illustration. A customer's artwork is used for that customer's order and nothing else, and is never shown on this site.

Where an order involves someone else's trademark, we ask the customer to confirm they are entitled to commission it before we take the job.

Working with us

Digital proofs and revisions are free, and artwork files are kept on record so repeat orders match the originals. For uniform manufacturers and promotional distributors we supply on a confidential basis: neutral cartons, blank shipping documents, and no contact with your customers.
