From your artwork to your door
About three weeks door to door in Europe, most of which is production. Nothing goes on a machine until you have approved a proof in writing.
The four steps

Send your artwork
Any format — vector, photo, or a sketch on paper. Tell us the size, the quantity and what it goes on.

We send a proof
Within 72 hours: a digital proof with the thread codes and the price. Revise it as many times as you need.
- 03
You approve, we make
30% deposit starts production. 7–10 working days on the machines, then quality check and packing.
- 04
We ship
Balance before despatch, then DHL or FedEx, 3–5 days to Europe. Tracking by email the day it leaves.

Rush work is possible and we will tell you honestly whether it fits. We would rather turn a deadline down than miss it.
Proofs and samples
The digital proof is a rendering of your artwork with the thread codes written on it. It is free, there is no limit on revisions, and it is what we hold ourselves to — if the goods do not match the proof you approved, we remake them at our cost.
For a first order with a difficult colour match, ask for a physical pre-production sample. We charge the cost of making it and credit that against the bulk order.
Shipping and duties
We ship DAP by default: we deliver to your address and you settle import VAT and duty with the courier. Since 1 July 2026 there is no €150 duty relief for commercial consignments into the EU, so expect duty on every shipment regardless of value.
If you would rather see one number and nothing on delivery, ask for DDP and we will prepay both. Couriers add a disbursement fee for advancing duty on your behalf, which is the charge that surprises people; on DDP it lands with us instead.
Payment
30% deposit to start, 70% before despatch, by bank transfer. PayPal for orders under €500.
Packing
Individually poly-bagged as standard, boxed in hundreds. Neutral cartons and your own labelling scheme cost nothing extra.
Reorders
We keep your approved file and thread codes. A reorder two years later comes back identical — say the reference and we will run it.
